Crafting with Nature: Pure Highland Mountain Water

Our Water

Our Family

If there’s one thing Scotland isn’t short of, it’s rain.
The water we use begins as those familiar Highland showers falling on the high slopes of the surrounding mountains. From there, it flows through peat, rock, and glen, gathering the quiet character of the land as it travels.

It reaches our studio pristine, untouched, guided only by gravity and ancient geology.

This is Highland water:
• Soft and clean
• Rich with minerals shaped by time and stone
• Carrying a signature felt in every clay and glaze it meets

There are no pumps. No chemicals. No processing.
Just pure, natural flow. It’s not only pristine - it’s entirely carbon zero, a sustainable resource that fits our ethos: working with nature, not against it.

To work with this water is to work with the Highlands themselves, not as an idea, but as a physical presence.

It’s in every slurry and slip, every glaze and batch of clay.

A quiet thread of place, running through every piece we make.
An echo of the rivers, rain, and mountains that shape both our land and our craft.
